Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was treated with understanding and patience. They helped me with my cracked tooth quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. I went in for a first visit. Entire staff were cordial. X-rays were taken and the dentist came in and was very thorough in his explanation of my treatment. I am glad that I am now a patient of theirs.
From the time I stepped into the place I experienced prompt, professional service, from the receptionist to the dental asst. and especially the dentist! I liked how gentle the dental assistant was with my x-rays considering I was in so much pain, she did an excellent job and the dentist was just as gentle in his evaluation!

I’ve always hated the thought of going to the dentist. They got me in as a new patient, same day and removed two teeth. The process was rough for me but they were incredibly patient and understanding. The prices were very good compared to the last office I went to. I already have another appointment booked and will happily drive 25 minutes away from home just to go to this dentist. Fantastic people.

Speaker 7: I never feel like that they do anything that is not necessary. They treat me with complete courtesy, tell me what’s going on as they’re doing it. It’s a comfortable situation. I never fear coming to the dentist.
Speaker 8: They always make a point to interact with my daughter, ask her questions about her school or what she likes to do, or what she’s been doing over the summer. Always engaging that conversation with her makes her feel more comfortable, puts her at ease, and not so focused on the chair.
Speaker 9: It’s a homey place, it’s a family place. I don’t ever feel afraid. I am not fearful of anything, because I know that when I walk through that door, that I’m gonna be in the best of care, and the best hands are gonna be taking care of me. I love this place.
Speaker 10: Nobody goes to a dentist looking for a friend. They’re looking to have a problem taken care of or just general maintenance. But over the years, I’ve developed a friendship with quite a few of them, and it’s just been a pleasure coming here.
