Most important part of that is making sure that someone's comfortable when they're here. We're trying to relieve any worries, any anxieties that they might have and get them through or help them through whatever type of procedure they're having pain-free, where they don't experience discomfort. And generally, if you do that often enough, people's anxiety is reduced in the future, if they have any to begin with, and keep appointments pleasant, comfortable, definitely helps with that.
Keeping your mouth healthy is a responsibility our dentists take very seriously. Because of that, we make your comfort our top priority by:
- Always welcoming you to our office with a warm, friendly greeting
- Treating you like a person, not just a patient
- Taking the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions
- Explaining everything you can expect during your appointment, if desired
- Catering to your comfort needs as they arise
- Offering dental sedation to ease your anxiety
- Earning your trust with our compassionate, personalized care
We’ve seen many fearful patients get to the point where they no longer need to rely on sedation. We’d love to help you do the same! Regardless, we’ll make sure your journey to overcome dental fear moves at a pace you’re comfortable with. Call us today at 859-474-7830.

We try to have a personal relationship with each and every patient, make them feel comfortable and home, and like they're not even at the dentist office. We offer three levels of sedation, first being nitrous oxide, which is readily available and it can be used on almost any procedure. We also offer oral sedation, where we give you a few pills to take before your visit to make things more comfortable for you, take the edge off, sometimes help you sleep. Then also we do IV sedation, where we can administer a few drugs through an IV line to get you either asleep or pretty close to it so that you can get through your appointment and we can get as much work done as we can for that visit.
We believe in truly personalized care. If you would like some privacy during your visit, we have two semi-private operatories. You can also select items from our comfort menu to help put you at ease, including:
- Drink and snack bar
- Warm towels and soft pillows and blankets
- Headphones and soothing music
- Flat-screen TV monitors in each room
- Lip balm
- Heated massage chairs
