Dr. Cory Middendorf earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisville, where he remained to graduate with his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. Upon completing his general practice residency at the University of Kentucky Albert B. Chandler Hospital, Dr. Middendorf was fully equipped with the enhanced training he needed to become your trusted Edgewood, KY dentist!

Thanks to his drive to give you the best dental care and most positive patient experience possible, Dr. Middendorf is constantly challenging himself to reach for the next level of dentistry. His continuing education has earned him certifications in basic and advanced life support and a permit to administer IV sedation. He’s also completed additional training in endodontic techniques, implant procedures, sedation, and dental emergencies.
